Behavior
teachers are supported and students are successful!
Behavior 360 is different. It’s rooted in science, experience, and compassion. We don’t just give you strategies—we walk alongside you with clarity and a trusted path forward.
This isn’t something you’ll find on Google or Teachers Pay Teachers. It’s what we’ve learned, practiced, and refined by working with schools like yours.
With Behavior 360, we guide your educators through three essential steps:
Behavior 360 is built on decades of real work with thousands of educators. We know punitive discipline doesn’t work. Our POV is simple: inclusion, compassion, and brain science must guide behavior support—because that’s what shifts schools from crisis to calm, connected classrooms. Dr. Kristie Pretti-Frontczak and Dr. Julie Causton
1. Move beyond outdated, compliance-driven approaches
2. Learn skills that work in the most challenging moments
3. Create classrooms where students are regulated and ready to learn
Imagine your classrooms one year from now…
- Teachers feel confident and supported, no longer bracing for daily disruptions.
- Students learn the skills of self-regulation, returning to a ready state more quickly.
- Families see their children thriving in inclusive classrooms.
- Leaders stop putting out fires and have energy for other things.
This is the future your staff deserves—and your students need.
But here’s the truth: if nothing changes…
- Teachers will continue burning out and leaving the profession.
- Families will remain frustrated, uncertain whether their child’s needs can be met.
- Students will miss the chance to learn the emotional and academic skills that change their lives.
The choice is yours: keep managing crisis after crisis, or finally adopt an approach that creates lasting change.
For more than 50 years combined, we’ve worked alongside schools across the globe—coaching teachers, training leaders, and shaping inclusive practices that last. As two educators with doctorates in special education, our books, research, keynotes, and collaborations with districts of all sizes have positioned us as the biggest game changers in how schools approach behavior support.
And here’s our POV: behavior is best understood through the lens of brain science and human connection—not compliance and punishment. That’s why we created Behavior 360.

Creating Inclusive Schools Where All Students Flourish:
Dr. Julie Causton & Dr. Kristie Pretti-Frontczak
Don’t just take our word for it—here’s what Leaders are already saying:
“This is the first behavior PD that actually reflects our values
—and still gives our team exceptional tools to use in the moment.”
“We finally feel prepared to handle big behaviors without sending kids out.”
“Behavior 360 gave our team a common language and strategies we can all use.”
As international speakers and authors who have trained educators in districts across the U.S. and around the world, we’ve seen this model succeed in every type of school setting. Behavior 360 distills those proven strategies into a format your team can immediately apply.

FAQs
If we’re already using the Pyramid Model or PBIS, why would we need Behavior 360?
The Pyramid Model and PBIS provide the framework. Behavior 360 helps adults apply those frameworks in real time—especially during moments of escalation.
Behavior 360 strengthens adult understanding of behavior as communication, builds de-escalation and co-regulation skills, and reduces reliance on removal, rewards, or compliance-based responses. It works alongside Pyramid and PBIS by supporting the how, not replacing the what.

Why learn from us?
Behavior 360 was created by Dr. Julie Causton and Dr. Kristie Pretti-Frontczak—widely recognized as leading voices in inclusive education. Together, we’ve authored more than a dozen books, trained tens of thousands of educators, and presented on some of the world’s biggest education stages. We’ve partnered with schools of every size to replace outdated discipline models with brain-based, compassionate approaches that actually work. Our POV is clear: every child deserves dignity, safety, and inclusion—and every educator deserves tools that create calm, connected classrooms.
Who is this course for?
Behavior 360 is designed for PreK–12 educators, paraprofessionals, and related service providers. It’s inclusive, practical, and relevant for both general and special education teams—with bonus materials for school leaders.
How does a district license work?
A district license provides unlimited access for all staff across the district—no seat counting or user limits. One license = access for everyone.
Can we buy individual seats?
We do not offer individual seats, but we do offer licenses for individual buildings and small districts.
How long is each session?
Most sessions are around 15 minutes long (ranging from 15–30 minutes), making them ideal for quick learning bursts or for combining into a ready-made PD plan.
How long is the full course?
The full course includes approximately 10 hours of on-demand content, broken into short, focused sessions that are perfect for PD days, PLCs, or team-based learning.
How do we access the content?
All content is housed on a private, password-protected dashboard. Videos can be streamed directly, and each session includes downloadable handouts and curated resources.
