Are challenging student behaviors disrupting learning and burning out your teachers?
It’s one of the biggest struggles schools face today—classrooms feel less safe, teachers are overwhelmed, and confidence is low about what to do in the moment.
Creating Inclusive Schools Where All Students Flourish:
Dr. Julie Causton & Dr. Kristie Pretti-Frontczak
We know what it’s like to want safe, inclusive classrooms
You’re tired of:
- Outdated discipline models still running your buildings
- Staff using behavior charts, time-outs, bribes, or in-school suspensions
- PD that sparks eye rolls instead of real impact
- Students being sent to your office instead of being supported right where they need it.
You’ve tried conference after conference, PD day after PD day, behavior specialist after behavior specialist… looking for solutions.
Meanwhile, you’re left overwhelmed, under-supported, and still held accountable for outcomes that require real change. And are criticized for inconsistency in handling behavior.
For more than 50 years combined, we’ve worked alongside schools across the globe—coaching teachers, training leaders, and shaping inclusive practices that last. As two educators with doctorates in special education, our books, research, keynotes, and collaborations with districts of all sizes have positioned us as the biggest game changers in how schools approach behavior support.
And here’s our POV: behavior is best understood through the lens of brain science and human connection—not compliance and punishment. That’s why we created Behavior 360.
Here’s the truth
Most behavior programs are outdated. They rely on rewards, punishments, and quick fixes. They don’t reflect the brain, or the complexity of what makes us human.
Behavior 360 is different.
It’s rooted in science, experience, and compassion. We don’t just give you strategies—we walk alongside you with clarity and a trusted path forward.
This isn’t something you’ll find on Google or Teachers Pay Teachers. It’s what we’ve learned, practiced, and refined by working with schools like yours.
With Behavior 360, we guide your educators through three essential steps:
Behavior 360 is built on decades of real work with thousands of educators. We know punitive discipline doesn’t work. Our POV is simple: inclusion, compassion, and brain science must guide behavior support—because that’s what shifts schools from crisis to calm, connected classrooms. Dr. Kristie Pretti-Frontczak and Dr. Julie Causton
1. Shift Mindsets – Move beyond outdated, compliance-driven approaches.
2. Learn Skills That Work in the Moment – Respond with calm, connection, and confidence during big behaviors.
3. Build Inclusive Systems – Create classrooms where students feel safe, seen, soothed, and secure.
This isn’t theory. It’s a practical, proven framework that helps your staff cover content, keep lessons flowing, and successfully support students—even in the toughest moments.
Imagine your classrooms one year from now…
- Teachers feel confident and supported, no longer bracing for daily disruptions.
- Students learn the skills of self-regulation, returning to a ready state more quickly.
- Families see their children thriving in inclusive classrooms.
- Leaders stop putting out fires and have energy for other things.
This is the future your staff deserves—and your students need.
But here’s the truth: if nothing changes…
- Teachers will continue burning out and leaving the profession.
- Families will remain frustrated, uncertain whether their child’s needs can be met.
- Students will miss the chance to learn the emotional and academic skills that change their lives.
The choice is yours: keep managing crisis after crisis, or finally adopt an approach that creates lasting change.
