Make Co-Teaching Actually Work
If co-teaching has turned into unclear roles, rushed planning, or “divide and survive,” you're not alone.
In this practical three-session virtual series, you’ll learn simple ways to plan together, share instruction, and use co-teaching models that support all students, even when time and resources are limited.
Based on the practical strategies from 30 Days to the Co-Taught Classroom
Does This Sound Familiar?
✔ You and your co-teacher care about students but aren’t always sure who should be doing what during instruction.
✔ Planning together sounds great in theory… but in reality there’s barely time to plan on your own.
✔ Co-teaching sometimes turns into “one person teaches while the other supports.”
✔ Small-group instruction feels like it should be possible with two adults, but it rarely happens consistently.
✔ You’ve heard about different co-teaching models, but you’re not sure which ones actually work in real classrooms.
✔ You want co-teaching to increase access and learning for students with disabilities—but right now it feels harder than it should.
If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and the good news is that co-teaching can work far better than it often does.
A Practical Way to Make Co-Teaching Work
Next-Level Co-Teaching is a three-part virtual series is designed for educators who want co-teaching to work better in real classrooms, not just in theory.

✔ Strengthen planning and collaboration without adding hours to your week
Go beyond simply placing two adults in the same classroom.
The format is simple and practical:

• Join on your own or with your co-teacher or team
